I have been a practicing psychotherapist and counsellor for 16 years in a wide range of therapeutic settings. Before setting up a private practice, I gained experience working in counselling clinics, psychiatric hospitals and drug & alcohol services in London and Sussex.
I hold a post-graduate diploma in Transpersonal Psychotherapy and was trained integratively. This means the training covered a wide range of therapeutic models:
In addition, I have continued my professional development with additional training in:
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction Therapy, Landmark Forum and Landmark Forum Advanced Course, Biographical Counselling
By drawing on different approaches, I can tailor the therapy in a way that uniquely suits you.
As a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists, I abide by their ethical framework. I am fully insured and have regular supervision to ensure my work is of the highest standard.
Prior to my therapeutic work I worked in television and for an international children’s charity.
