The Self Empowerment Process is a programme for women which draws on psychotherapy, mindfulness, neuroscience and consciousness studies.
It’s aim is to support and mentor women (separate packages will also be available for men and teens) through stressful or traumatic life situations where they find themselves feeling dis-empowered. They might be going through a separation or divorce, or perhaps entering a new phase of life when their children have left home; they may be on the brink of a lifestyle change where they want to explore more authentic and empowered ways of being.
The programme includes:
How to hardwire your brains towards empowerment and well-being.
Mindfulness and developments in neuroscience – what are practices that can create a healthy brain and mind?
Psychotherapy processes and practices – exploring belief systems, personality types, how to manage your thoughts and feelings, how to release trauma or stored-up painful feelings.
Exploring our experiences as women – our beliefs about ourselves and how these have been influenced by our family or culture. How can we recognise, acknowledge and celebrate what we have to offer the world?
How to communicate powerfully.
How to expand our perspective to resolve our conflicts and improve our relationships.
This programme will be presented in workshops, support groups and online programmes.
Packages focusing on individual aspects of the course will also be available.
Alterntively you can sign up for one-to-one sessions
